1. Seller

This store is operated by KUARKI, Lda., a company registered in Portugal, VAT and company number (NIPC) PT515141704, with registered address at Rua Leonel Duarte Ferreira, 21, 2800-138 Almada, Portugal. Email: sales@kuarki.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on kuarki.com. By placing an order you accept these terms. Consumers keep all rights given to them by mandatory law in their country of residence.

3. Products

Our products are vinyl wall decals cut to order. Product images are digital visualisations of the design in a room setting and are for illustration; the size of the decal is the one stated in the product. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your market. For the European Union, prices include VAT. For the United States, prices include import duties and taxes. Shipping is free. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments or the other methods shown.

5. Orders and contract

The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, a design that infringes third party rights, or content that is offensive or illegal; in that case you receive a full refund.

6. Personalised orders

For personalised orders you are responsible for the text, spelling and content you provide, and you confirm that you have the right to use any logo, brand or image you send us. Personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Production and delivery

Production takes 2 to 5 business days, plus delivery. Details are in our shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

8. Withdrawal, returns and guarantee

See our refund policy. Products sold to consumers in Portugal have a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, images and texts on this store belong to KUARKI, Lda. and may not be copied, reproduced or sold without written permission.

10. Liability

Decals must be applied to suitable surfaces as described in the product pages and application guide. We are not liable for damage caused by application on unsuitable surfaces or by incorrect removal.

11. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first at sales@kuarki.com, we reply within 1 business day. Consumers in Portugal can also use the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) at www.livroreclamacoes.pt and alternative dispute resolution entities such as CNIACC (www.cniacc.pt).
