Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to.
Production
Every decal is cut to order in our studio in Portugal. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, personalised and custom orders may need an extra day if a digital preview is approved first.
Delivery times (after dispatch)
- Portugal and the European Union: usually 2 to 5 business days.
- United States: usually 3 to 6 business days with DHL Express.
- Rest of the world: usually 5 to 15 business days with CTT (Correio Azul or Expresso).
Delivery times are estimates given by the carriers and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive the tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please give a phone number at checkout so the carrier can contact you if needed.
Duties and taxes
- European Union: VAT is included in the price, there are no customs charges.
- United States: prices include all import duties and taxes. Nothing more to pay on delivery.
- Other countries outside the EU: local import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival by your customs authority. These charges are paid by the customer.
Countries
We ship worldwide from Portugal, except to the United Kingdom, which this store does not currently serve.
Packaging
Decals are rolled and shipped in a rigid cardboard tube to arrive flat and undamaged.
Problems with delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at sales@kuarki.com with your order number and photos of the packaging, and we will replace your decal or refund you.
