Orders & Shipping
Kuarki orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the type, size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations.
All relevant delivery options available (costs and delivery times) for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Kuarki cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
We do not include the cost of customs fee, taxes and duties in your order, so you may need to pay additional fees. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package.
Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
SHIPPING TO USA
For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the Kuarki offices.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, Kuarki will aim to dispatch it within:
2 business days to create Wall Decals and Stickers
2-5 business days for Wallpapers and non-apparel products (posters, etc.)
2-7 business days to create Apparel products (t-shirts, etc.).
Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
Depending on your location and type of product, delivery will normally take between 2-7 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress, click here.
If you order from multiple types of products, please keep in mind that your items may arrive separately and at different times. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order.
